Terms of service
Purpose. Maridatge provides in-person pairing experiences (wine and artisan produce) designed and hosted by a sommelier: Maridatge d'Origen, Maridatge Signature and Maridatge de Celebració.
Booking and payment. A booking is confirmed by online payment (Maridatge d'Origen) or by written acceptance of the quote and payment of the stated deposit (Signature and Celebració). Prices include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
Age. Tasting alcoholic beverages is restricted to over-18s. Minors may only be present when accompanied and without consuming alcohol.
"100% deductible" mechanic (Maridatge d'Origen). The full amount paid for the session is deducted from the first event (Signature or Celebració) booked within the 90 calendar days following the session. Not exchangeable for cash, not combinable with other promotions, applicable once only.
Date changes. See the refunds and cancellations policy.
Liability. Maridatge holds public liability insurance RC-MAR-2026-000001 (insurer pending). We are not liable for allergies or intolerances not notified at least 72 h before the experience.
Applicable law. Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence; European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
