Your produce, on the right table.
Origen Subscription is Maridatge's product-positioning programme for producers and restaurants in the territory. The sommelier brings your produce into our pairing experiences and reports back what the table says about it.
What's included each month
- Rotation in our sessions: your produce, tasted and paired in front of a real audience
- Perception report: reactions at the table, the sommelier's technical read and a positioning suggestion
- 3–4 pieces of content ready to publish on your channels
- Signed pairing notes, for your website, your label or trade fairs
How access works
The programme is by application and places are limited: only produce the sommelier would select for her own menus gets in — that is what protects the value of the report for those already in. You apply through the form, we send instructions for samples and, if the produce fits the season, we propose a start date. If there's no place or it isn't the right fit yet, we say so plainly and explain why.
From €290/month, with an initial three-month commitment — the value of the report is cumulative and a single month proves nothing. The first report arrives in month one.
