Refund policy
Applicable to experience services with a booked date:
Cancellation by the customer 7 or more calendar days in advance: 100% refund. Between 7 days and 72 hours: 50% refund, or a free date change (once, within the following 12 months). Less than 72 hours or no-show: no refund; a date change may be possible in cases of documented force majeure.
Cancellation by Maridatge (illness, force majeure): full refund or a new date at the customer's choice, with no penalty.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal. For services with a specific performance date, the 14-day right of withdrawal is subject to the exceptions in art. 103.l of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (services related to leisure activities on a specific date).
